The Northumberland Orchestra and Choir presents: Gilbert & Sullivan's Pirates of Penzance at TRINITY UNITED CHURCH. Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 7:30 pm.

The Pirates of Penzance is a rousing comedic operetta by Gilbert and Sullivan. Come hear how Fredrick, a young pirate, must continue his apprenticeship for another 63 years because his birthday is February 29. Added to his plight, he falls for a young maiden who must wait until he’s done with the pirates to marry her. Join our guests from The Centre for Opera Studies & Appreciation (COSA Canada) singing with the NOC orchestra for this concert performance.
