Les AMIS Concert: Violinist Lynn Kuo, Pianist Alexander Panizza

Les AMIS is delighted to have Violinist Lynn Kuo, Assistant Concertmaster of the National Ballet of Canada, and Acclaimed Pianist Alexander Panizza, back for another exciting performance. The Duo’s Cobourg Loft inaugural concert took place on April 3, 2022, at which Les AMIS’ audience showered the performers with a well-deserved standing ovation. The program will include a variety of musical gems beginning with a Canadian composer, Elizabeth Raum’s, Prayer and Dance of Praise followed by “… come le movement de l’air,” a new work especially written for Lynn by Moldovan composer Ghenadie Ciobanu. Sonata No. 2 in D Major by Sergei Prokofiev will most certainly bring the audience to its feet. The concert will take place on Sunday, February 15th, at Trinity United Church at 3 pm.
